I created Radiance for people who are serious about improving their health and want movement that actually supports the work they are already doing.

After years of coaching, teaching, and walking through my own seasons of burnout and recovery, I’ve seen how often people push their bodies harder when what they really need is better structure, smarter movement, and consistent support. Radiance was built to provide that.

Radiance is not a standalone weight loss program. It is a strength and movement program designed to support weight management by helping you build consistency, improve energy, and develop sustainable habits. Individual results will vary depending on your overall care plan and lifestyle.

Can I do Radiance if I am in a weight management program or using structured care?
Yes. Radiance is designed to complement structured care and wellness support. The workouts and coaching focus on movement, strength, and habits that work alongside a broader health plan rather than replacing it.

Do I need equipment to do Radiance?
No equipment is required. However, resistance bands can enhance the workouts by increasing muscle engagement and supporting strength development. Two8 Bands are recommended but not required.

Is Radiance beginner friendly?
Yes. Radiance is accessible for beginners and supportive for those returning to movement after time away. The workouts are low impact, follow along, and designed to help you build confidence and consistency.

How long are the workouts?
Most workouts are between 20 and 30 minutes, making it easier to stay consistent while balancing daily responsibilities.

 

Can I do this program at home?
Yes. All workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal space and optional equipment.
