Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm

A yoga fusion strength training class created to help you feel strong, confident, and energized — inside and out.

This 12-week session blends traditional strength training with yoga-inspired movement and mobility work. You'll build lean muscle, improve your posture and core stability, support your hormones, and reduce stress — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Whether you're returning to fitness, looking for a class that works with your body (not against it), or just need a space to move and breathe again, Tone & Sculpt is for you.

What to expect:

  • A 60-minute full-body workout designed for all levels

  • Strength + yoga + mobility = total body wellness

  • Moves that are hormone- and nervous-system-friendly

  • Supportive, judgment-free coaching

  • A welcoming community of women

Bring a mat, water, and a resistance band (or just your bodyweight — that’s great too).
