A yoga fusion strength training class created to help you feel strong, confident, and energized — inside and out.
This 12-week session blends traditional strength training with yoga-inspired movement and mobility work. You'll build lean muscle, improve your posture and core stability, support your hormones, and reduce stress — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Whether you're returning to fitness, looking for a class that works with your body (not against it), or just need a space to move and breathe again, Tone & Sculpt is for you.
